2.5.1 dLAN 200 AVpro Wireless N as a
WLAN access point
By default, the dLAN 200 AVpro Wireless N is config-
ured as a WLAN access point and makes the dLAN net-
work connected via the mains outlet available
wirelessly to other client devices, such as laptops, IP ra-
dios or IP telephones. This is particularly practical if not
all client stations are within range of a WLAN access
point, for example because concrete walls disrupt the
signal. With dLAN various rooms can be easily con-
nected via the mains supply. And using the
dLAN 200 AVpro Wireless N, every mains outlet can
be turned quickly and easily into a WLAN connection
with excellent reception quality.
