What do I need?
1. A display device to get your glucose information
• Use your smartphone, the optional Dexcom
receiver, or both. (Smartphone not included.
Optional receiver available separately.)

Optional receiver may not be available in all regions.
2. Sensor applicator with built-in sensor
• Inserts a sensor under your skin that gets your
glucose readings.
• Applies a plastic holder on top of your skin.
3. Reusable transmitter
• After applying the sensor to your skin, you will
snap a gray transmitter into the plastic holder.
• Transmitter sends glucose readings from your
sensor to your smartphone or receiver.
