e. Stop/Reset key:
1. Press and hold “Stop” button for 2 seconds to reset the console.
2. Press “Stop” to end program and enter Cool Down.
3. Press “Stop” to enter workout summary during Cool Down.
4. Press “Stop” to reset the console during workout summary.
