Pro Tools

Go to Setup > I/O

Delete and reset all I/O

congurations to DEFAULT.

Cubase

Go to Devices > Device Setup >

Waves SoundGrid.

Select RESET above the PORT

System Name table.

Logic

Go to Mix > I/O Labels.

Select Reset All Labels.
