Increase the flame level by slowly turning Control knob C clockwise. * The water in the sump might be too high. If the water level in the sump is more than 40mm, remove the sump and empty it in the sink. * The metal disc at the base of the sump might be dirty. Clean the metal discs with the soft brush supplied.
