What to do if my Dimplex Indoor Fireplace has little or no mist generation?
    • B
      Benjamin CamposAug 16, 2025
If your Dimplex Indoor Fireplace isn't generating enough mist, it could be due to several reasons. The transducer might not be working correctly, or it could be dirty or not sitting properly in the sump. The fan could be obstructed, the nozzle might not be correctly positioned on the sump, or the nozzle could be blocked. To resolve this, check the transducer's operation, clean the sump and transducer thoroughly, and ensure the transducer is correctly fitted in the sump after switching off the product and removing the nozzle. Also, remove and clean the air filter, ensuring it's correctly replaced, and make sure the nozzle is correctly positioned on the sump. Clean the sump, transducer, and nozzle thoroughly to ensure proper mist generation.
