Demo Mode
Certain versions of this rebox are equipped with a demo
mode where the unit cycles through several functions. The
demo mode is activated by pressing and holding the tem-
perature and brightness buttons for 2 seconds. In demo
mode, the display remains lit and none of the remote or on-
unit controls work. When power is cut to the unit and then
restored, the unit remains in demo mode.
Icon Function Description
F Brightness
Press to change the ame and logs brightness. Display will show b3, b1, b2
respectively.
• High
• Low
• Medium
G Flame
Press to turn the ame eect On. Press again to turn the ame eect O.
H Timer
Press multiple times to change the sleep timer by 0.5 hr from 0.5 hr to 8 hr before
turning o. Press again, the remaining time on the timer displays.
Resetting the Temperature Cutout Switch
Should the heater overheat, an automatic cutout will turn
the heater o. It will not come back on without being reset.
To reset the cutout switch, unplug the unit and wait 5
minutes before plugging it back in.
CAUTION: If you need to continuously reset the heater,
unplug the unit and call Technical Support at 1-888-346-7539
