7. BOX INTERFACE
7.1. Lights
- Blue lights: indicators of the polarity of the applied voltage at the terminals of the cell
- Green light: water flow indicator
7.2. ON/OFF button
The green light button on the front panel allows the start-up or shutdown of the salt chlorinator.
7.3. Production switch :
The 6-positions switch allows adjustment of chlorine production.
7.4. Reset button of the thermal circuit breaker
If the thermal circuit breaker is triggered, reset it by pressing the button on the side of the box.
8. EXTENDED SHUTDOWN / WINTERING
Properties and conditions of use of the cell:
• When the water temperature is below 15°C, the water chemistry lead to premature wear of the cell. In this case, turn off the
control box.
• In no case the water should not freeze in the cell.
• As long as the cell is not electrically powered, it can remain installed on the pipe without risk of damage. In this case, carry out
an appropriate chemical treatment preferably without stabilizer.
9. CELL MAINTENANCE
The polarity inversion function prevents scale deposits in the cell. However, if the cell is still scaling, clean it manually:
1) Stop the installation, remove the cell and check for scale.
2) To descale, use an appropriate cleaning product.
3) Wash and remount the cell.

All the operations described in Chapter 9 present risks. These operations must be carried out by trained and qualified
persons for these interventions.
Respect all the safety instructions presented in Chapter 2.

The lifetime of the electrolysis cell is very closely related to the respect of the instructions given in this manual.
Replacing an end-of-life cell with a compatible cell can lead to decreased production and reduce the equipment
operating life. It is strongly recommended to use only the original cell of the manufacturer.
Any damage due to using a compatible cell voids the contractual warranty.
