10. WARRANTY
The salt chlorinators DINOTEC ACCESS are guaranteed against any defect of material and/or manufacturing defect during 2
years for the box and 2 years for the cell, as from the date of delivery.
The guarantee does not apply in case of apparent defect. Also excluded are defects and deteriorations caused by normal wear,
damages resulted from non-conform mounting or use and product modifications made without the prior and written consent
of Aqualux.
This warranty is subject of compliance with the installation and use instructions. The guarantee will not apply in case of non-
compliance with these conditions and in particular in the following cases:
 Electrical connections were not made by a professional electrician
 The setting of timers in the box has been modified
 The salt chlorinator worked while the water temperature was below 15°C.
 The salt chlorinator worked while the salt rate of the pool is lower than 2,5g/L.
 The salt chlorinator worked while one of the lights the front panel was out of service state.
 One of the safety or control device has been deleted, modified or shunted.
 The serial number has been removed, damaged or erased (control number).
 The chemical composition of the water is inadequate and does not respect the recommended levels or the use of the pool is
abnormal.
 Damages were caused by incorrect installation or alteration, mistreatment, negligence, accident, unauthorized repairs, fire
flood, lightning, electrical disturbances of the electrical network, armed conflict or any other case of force majeure.
The presentation of the invoice corresponding to the purchase of the product as well as the invoice of a professional electrician
will be required when the guarantee is invoked.
The interventions with the guarantee voucher could not cause to prolong the duration of this one.
Under this warranty, the only obligation of Aqualux will be free replacement or repair of the product or item recognized as
defective by Aqualux's services. All other costs will be at buyer’s expenses.
To benefit from this warranty, all products must be first submitted to the Aqualux after-sales service, whose agreement is essential
for any replacement.
Legal guarantee: Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (Article
1641 and following of the Civil Code).
If the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a short time from the discovery of the hidden defect (Article 1648 of the Civil
Code).
