6. COMMISSIONING
All the operations below are to be carried out during the initial installation of the equipment, and at the beginning
of all new season.
1) Make sure the box is stopped (see next page to do this operation).
2) Spread 4,5kg/m
3
of salt* around the pool (depending on pool volume).
*High purity tablets, according to the norm EN 16401, quality A (without flow agent and without anti-caking agent).
3) Turn on the filtration pump until the salt has completely dissolved in the pool.
I All of the following steps should be carried out regularly after the commissioning.
4) Control the water parameters and if necessary adjust manually according to the table below:
5) Program and start the filter pump using the table below:

→ these values are purely for information. These should be adjusted if necessary to optimize filtration.
Obtaining and maintaining a free chlorine level between 0,5 and 1 ppm :
6) Measure the free chlorine level with an analytical kit.
7) If the free chlorine level is lower than 0,5 ppm :
a) Set the filtration to "AUTO".
b) Start the box (see next page for this operation).
c) Set the production to 100 % (see next page for this operation).
d) Wait until the free chlorine level is between 0,5 et 1 ppm.
If the free chlorine level is between 0,5 et 1 ppm :
Start the box (see next page for this operation).
If the free chlorine level is higher than 1 ppm:
a) Leave at rest or stop the box.
b) Wait until the free chlorine level is between 0,5 et 1 ppm.
c) Start the control box (see next page for this operation).
8) Set the production to 100 % (see next page for this operation) to maintain the free chlorine level between 0,5 et 1 ppm. It may
be necessary to made several adjustments tests to determine an adequate value of the production set point.
A frequent use of the pool, a wrong inclination of the pool’s nozzles (these should be slanted slightly downwards) or a wooded
environment are significant factors that strongly influence the free chlorine rate. In this case, increase the production set point
if necessary to maintain the free chlorine rate between 0,5 et 1 ppm.
