10 Hour
Check Hydraulic Fluid Level
Check hydraulic fluid level every 10 hours. Maintain
fluid level at sight glass (2) when engine is off and
fluid is cool. Add THF at hydraulic fluid fill (1) as
necessary.
Check Blower Oil Level
With frame level, check blower oil at sight glass
(3) every 10 hours. Add SGL at fill (2) as
necessary to maintain oil level at halfway point on
sight glass. Do not overfill.
Check Blower Belt Tension
Check belt every 10 hours for correct tension,
damage or wear.
To tension belt:
1. Install a torque wrench into one of the square
holes in the tensioner arm and apply 30 ft•lb
(41 N•m) of torque.
2. Tighten the cross bolt to 80 ft•lb (108 N•m).
3. Tighten the bolt in the slot to 80 ft•lb (108
N•m).
