If your DLab Laboratory Equipment is leaking or the pipetted volume is too small, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the tip is firmly attached. If not, attach it firmly. The issue might be with the tip itself, so try using original tips. Also, check for any foreign particles between the tip and the tip cone; if present, clean the tip cone and attach a new tip. Contamination or insufficient grease on the Y-shaped sealing ring can also cause this, so clean and grease the Y-shaped sealing ring and tip cone accordingly. Make sure you are following the instructions carefully, as incorrect operation can lead to this problem. If the calibration has been altered or is unsuitable for the liquid, recalibrate the instrument according to the instructions.
