The connection of the gas pipe to the appliance (1/4 BSPT female) must be made with a rigid metal pipe.
The pipe work and fittings shall be free from defects and of an approved type.
Once installed, the installation must be checked for leaks by means of an approved testing method.
Do not use a solution of soap and water.
