GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 PREMISE
Before operating the machine read the instructions contained in the
present manual and follow the indications reported carefully.
Preserve the present manual and all the attached papers in an accessible
place known to all the operators and the personnel assigned to the
ordinary maintenance operations. The manual must be kept in a dry
place, possibly kept in an envelope to be protected from external agents
such as powder, humidity, light, etc.
1.2 AIM OF THE ISTRUCTION MANUAL
Th double arm mixers are indicated for any kind of dough produced in pastry shops and bakeries.
The machines can be easily located in the shop since their structures occupy little room.
The presnt manual is useful for all the operators of the machine who must get to know the operating
systems, the adjustments and the operation necessary for the ordinary maintenance of the machine.
The manual is in conformity with the rules containes in the “Machine Directive” 89/392 (and following
modifications) and is composed of 9 chapters.
The manual does not follow a sequence order but a logical order starting from descriptive information to
starting-up operations, adjustments, use and ordinary maintenance.
The index facilitates the search of the different subjects.
