TECHNICAL INFORMATION
2.1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The double arm mixers are particularly indicated for the mixing of ingredients such as water, flour, yeast,
salt and other ingredients with the purpose of obtaining an homogeneous dough which can be further
processed and finally baked.
The movement of the double arms assures an ideal treatment of the dough avoiding the heating of the same.
Any other use for different purposes is to be retained dangerous for the mechanical capacity and/or for the
operator’s health.
The machine is composed of the following parts:
1 - Protection guard;
2 - Arm lifting wheel;
3 - Double arm;
4 - Body of the machine;
5 - Electric panel;
6 - Stainless steel bowl;
7 - Fixing feet.
