4 –
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING AND UNPACKING
4.1 ARRANGEMENT OF THE UTILITY ROOM
The utility room for the installation of the machine, supposed to be destinated for the production
including cooking – of bakery products, must:
Have openings to permit the passage of the bulky parts of the machine;
Have constructive chracteristics in accordance with the norms in force;
Have the electrical plant in accordance with the norms in force in particular regarding the earth plant
and the general switch board with connected protection devices against current overloads and short
circuits. The nominal power installed on the machine is indicated on the identification plate.
The overall electrical plant must be installed, kept and periodically controlled by professional personnel
that can release for each intervention a declaration of conformity to “workmanlike” and to the norms in
force.
4.2 UNPACKING INSTRUCTIONS
After having removed the packing, be sure that the content is not damaged.
Packing materials (wooden elements, nails, staples, plastic bags, etc.) are potentially dangerous objects
and must be kept away from children’s reach.
4.3 LIFTING AND HANDLING OF THE MACHINE
1. The weight of the machine is indicated in
paragraph 2.2.
2. To lift the machine use the foreseen eyelet (fig. 2).
For small movements the machine is equipped
with wheels.
3. During the handling operations make sure that
unauthorized persons stay beyond the range of the
machine.
Avoid any sharp movement that can damage or overbalance the
machine. Before lifting the machine assure that the belts used for lifting
and the lifting means are suitable both for the weight to lift and the
positioning.
The lifting means used, in any case, must be in conformity with the
norms in force.
