Cooling fan
1. Install the flange to the water pump pulley, then
assemble the cooling fan to the pulley by tighten-
ing the fixing bolts.
Belt
1. Install the V-belt on the crank pulley, alternator
pulley and water pump pulley..
2. Adjust the V-belt tension using the tension adjust-
ing support.
3. Poly belt will be properly tensioned if the deflection
force “F” is applied midway between the belt’s tan-
gent points with the pulley.
T = 0.015 X S (about 1.5 mm per 100 mm)
Oil level gauge
1. Apply sealant (Locktite #262) to the bottom side of
the guide tube.
2. Then assemble the guide tube and oil level gauge
on the oil pan
Others
1. Assemble by connecting the other oil and fuel
hoses.
