13 No Encoder Signal
No encoder signal is received from encoder while the
car is moving within the time period defined [C29].
Check electrical connections of encoder circuit as well
as the mechanical coupling of the encoder.
Cause
Troubleshooting
1. Check the connections between DLC1 T/H from SP1 plug to
the inverter feedback cable for broken or loose connection.
2. Check if the microswitch of 5VDC or 15VDC is turned in 5 for
Gefran drive or in 15 for Doppler drive
3. Turn the lift in normal mode with Fsafety circuit braker in 0
position. check if there is an error in normal mode. delete the
error and try again.
4. Check if the cabin is moving during the procedure. if not,
check if the safety gear is engaged.
5. Check if speeds signals are moving across the flat cable to the
drive without obstructions in case of MRL panels. Or check if
the RU-RD-RH-RF are wrong.
