25 Encoder Data Error
Floor Pulse data stored in M8->E4>FLOOR PULSES menu
is missing or faulty. Shaft learning should be carried out.
Cause
Troubleshooting
1. The main board have a small switch to the right side set as 5V
at Gefran drive or 15V at Doppler drive. check if it is correctly
set.
2. Reset floor pulses and try shaft learn again.
3. Turn in normal operation with the safety line deactivated and
check if there is an external fault aecting the shaft learn.
4. If the shaft learning procedure stop in a magnet floor level for
no reason, check the magnets polarity to be the same in all
floors also check that the distance from pencil switches is not
higher than 15mm.
