64 Brake Not Closed
Although the brake coil is not energized, no signal is re-
ceived from brake feedback contact. Check BR1, BR2
terminals, contacts, definitions and related wiring. This
error is reported only if the parameter A16 was set to 1
[A16=1].
Cause
Troubleshooting
1. M7-U1 enter to reset the UCM related fault.
2. Check the connections from the brake switches. brake switch-
es in DLC1 T/H board are N/C connected.
3. If the connections are good, then check if the inputs I3-I4 if
they have 1000 when you check them with 100 with your mul-
timeter in DC.
4. If the led is still not lit, then change the input to check if it
works.
5. Check if KF brake contactor activates.
