21 HU - HD Are Open
When the system uses 3rd speed, [A11>0], mainly for
speeds above 1 m/s, then HU and HD inputs must be
used. If HU and HD are defined and both are open si-
multaneously then this error arises. Check HU and HD
switches, terminals, definitions and related wiring.
Cause
Troubleshooting
1. Check the HU-HD bi-stable switches height and condition.
2. In between floors both must be active with star. HD must have
no star to the bottom floor HU must have no star to the top
floor.
