The LED flash green, little or no smoke will be produced, when the fluid
flow is insufficient (air in the hose system):
hold slide switch in the forward position and push down the button or
push slide switch to back position until smoke is produced.
The apparatus is switched off when the slider is in the front position and
the button is not pressed.
The apparatus is automatically switched off whenever a fault occurs. In this
case the LED will flash red. If this happens:
If the slider is in the front position: release the button.
After max. 10 seconds the LED is switched off.
If the slider is in the rear position: push the slider to the front position
and do not press the button.

Testing and replacing the hose unit
After approx. 20 operating hours (corresponding to approx. 80 packs of
ampoules), the hose unit must be checked for damage (visual inspection).
1 Remove the insert from the
housing.
2 Remove the hose unit from the
inside of the insert.
Examine the hose for damage.
If the hose is undamaged:
Refit this hose unit in the insert
and push the insert into the
housing.
Check the hose unit at regular
intervals.
CAUTION
Never use a damaged hose as this could damage the unit.
If the hose is damaged:
Replace the hose unit.
