Description and Operation
Select MENU
2.
Select MEASURE
o Press OK
o The letters AVE with the number of measurements selected will
appear in the display
(N-3)

3. Place measuring probe perpendicular to measuring point
o Forehead (inpatient) or sternum (outpatient)
o Place probe tip flat against the baby’s skin,
not at an angle
, and
press lightly until you hear a click.
o Lift the Jaundice Meter JM-105 from the skin between
measurements and pause until the green READY light illuminates
again.
o Repeat the testing procedure until the required number of
measurements
(
3TIMES
).
