TEST PROCEDURE
 Connect BG4 Pneumatics
and meters as per Fig A
 Ensure O2 cylinder pressure
of at least 1000 psi and
meters zeroe
d.
 Turn O2 cylinder ON and
read Flow. Should be
between 1.5 and 1.9 lpm
 Leak Check Minimum Valve
,
Reducer and Hoses with leak
detection fluid or water.
 Turn O2 cylinder OFF
 Relieve
Pressure by tapping
Rocker Arm of Minimum
Valve
 Service as required
