PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Minimum Valve Leak: - Clean Assembly
Note: A leaking Minimum Valve - Tighten Crater Nut
will cause High Dosage in - Replace Tin Washer
Breathing Loop. - Replace Valve Complete
Low Dosage: - Check Blue Dosage Line and Connections for Leaks
- Clean or Replace Dosage Screw
- Check to make sure leak is not from the filter on the basic unit or
switch box
- Replace First Stage Reducer
High Dosage: - Isolate the ByPass Line from the Dosage Line
If the dosage lowers then the problem is a Leaking ByPass.
- Try removing the ByPass Assembly and Reassemble.
- Replace the First Stage Reducer
If the dosage stays the same then:
- Check Dosage Screw for tightness
- Replace the Dosage Screw
