die gewählte Funktion aktiviert bzw. die Konfiguration umge-
schaltet. Diese Funktion ist bei aktiviertem Applikations Mode
nicht erreichbar.
Stiller Alarm
— Wenn der akustische Alarm ausgeschaltet werden soll.
● Nacheinander » Einstellungen \ Instrument \ Stiller Alarm « aus-
wählen und jeweils durch Drücken der Taste » « aufrufen.
● Gewünschten Zustand » an « oder » aus « wählen und mit Taste
»
« aktivieren.
Wenn der Zustand » an « aktiviert ist, ist der akustische Alarm ausge-
schaltet – gekennzeichnet durch das Symbol » « auf der rechten
Seite des Displays.
— Der akustische Alarm wird beim Ausschalten des Gerätes automa-
tisch wieder aktiviert. Die Belegung der Funktionstaste bleibt aber.
Betriebssignal
— Wenn das Betriebssignal ein- oder ausgeschaltet werden soll.
Bei Auslieferung ist das betriebssignal aktiviert, welches die unge-
störte Gerätefunktion anzeigt. Das aktivierte Betriebssignal ist für
den sicheren Einsatz als Gaswarngerät erforderlich.

Silent alarm
— This function is used to switch the of audible alarm.
● Select the menu items » Settings \ Instrument \ Silent alarm « in
this order, pressing the »
« key after each selection.
● Select the desired state » Enable « or » Disable « and press the

« key to activate it.
When the state » Enable « is active, the audible alarm is switched off.
This is indicated by the icon »
« on the right side of the display.
— The audible alarm is automatically reactivated when the instrument
is switched off, but the function-key assignment remains
unchanged.
Life signal
— This function is used to switch the life signal on or off. The lie
signal, which indicates that the instrument is operating correctly,
is activated when the instrument leaves the factory and is required
for reliable use of the instrument as a gas-warning device.
● Select the menu items » Settings \ Instrument \ Life signal « in this
order, pressing the »
« key after each selection.
● Select the desired state » Enable « or » Disable « and press the
»
« key to activate it.
If the state » Enable « is active, optical and audible signals are
generated every 30 seconds in measuring mode.
PID–. . . – The quick-configuration changeover for
the PID sensor is activated.
EC–. . . – The quick-configuration changeover for
the EC-. . .-sensor is activated.
