Also, check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset it if necessary. Ensure the disconnect switch is on, and verify that the harness is properly plugged into the receptacle on the aquastat.

      If your Dunkirk Boiler shows no power between points 4 and 2 but does show power between 4 and 1 when calling for heat, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the thermostat is actually calling for heat by turning it up. A burned-out heat anticipator in the thermostat could also be the problem, in which case you should replace the thermostat. Check for any loose or broken connections and tighten, repair, or replace them. Additionally, the operating limit, pressure control, or low water cutoff might be off; turn them on. Finally, check the blocked vent switch or flame rollout and reset or replace the switch as necessary.

      If your Dunkirk Boiler has power between points 4 & 1 and 4 & 2, but the damper remains open, it could be due to a loose or broken connection, so you should tighten, repair, or replace the connection. Alternatively, the damper motor itself may be defective, requiring replacement of the damper motor assembly.
