What to do if paper jams after stapling in Duplo DBM-120?
    • K
      Kelsey MorrisonSep 16, 2025
If the Duplo Folding Machines experience paper jams after stapling, and the paper either doesn't move forward or does so unevenly, it could be due to several reasons. The stapler and clincher positions may not be aligned correctly. In this case, align the stapler and clincher positions. The side joggers might be set too narrowly. Refer to “7-2. Fine-adjusting the Paper Alignment”. The side joggers might be attached raised. In this case, lower the side joggers and attach them again. Also, the set speed might not be appropriate. Refer to “13-4. Changing the Set Speed/Paper Feed Speed” in the instruction manual of the sheet feeder.
