      To address frequent paper jams in Duplo Folding Machines, first, clean the rubber roll with alcohol. Then, check inside the machine and remove any paper shreds stuck in the paper conveyance passage. Also, adjust the stacker roller position and flatten and stretch out any curling in the paper. Ensure that the guide plate unit is removed from the paper ejection plate. If static electricity is present, spray a commercially-available air duster on the rubber roll. Finally, if you are processing paper lacking stiffness at low speeds, boost the processing speed.
