TC-12 TREE CHIPPER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
During service and maintenance
• Before working in or near the TC-12 TREE CHIPPER for any reason, including servicing, cleaning, un-
plugging or inspecting the machine, use the normal shut down procedures unless instructed differently in
this manual.
• Never work on or near the TC-12 TREE CHIPPER unless engine is shut off.
• Check periodically and tighten any loose bolts or connections.
• Use only replacement parts that are recommended by DuraTech Industries.
• Use cylinder stop when cleaning or unplugging debris between feedwheels and chipping disc. (See
Figure 1.3)

• Use disc lock pin when servicing knives. (See Figure 1.4)
