6. Before Use
Please note the following points before you use the SensoWash
®
D-Code.
• Connect to the means.
The product will switch on when the "Power" button is pressed after the power
cable has been plugged in. The product will switch off when the "Power" button is
pressed again for 3 seconds or the power cable is unplugged.
The product functions normally only if the power cable is plugged in correctly.
The product is intended only for use with 220 - 240 V, 50 Hz.
Make sure that the mains plug is plugged into an earthed electrical socket (220 - 240
V, 50 Hz).
• Open the water cut-off valve.
The SensoWash
®
D-Code functions only if it is supplied with water.
• After installation.
Check whether water is leaking from the water cut-off value or the supply hose.
The rubber seal must be inserted between the T-shaped connecting pipe and the
water cut-off valve.
• Seat sensor inhibitor: When the seat sensor inhibitor is activated, the product
does not function if no-one sitting on the seat unit. This prevents unintentional
operation, for example, if children play with the buttons (see 8.1).
• Configure and use special modes according to your preferences.
You can configure one of the special modes (see 8.1) according to your preferences
(power-saving mode, mute function).
Remove the protective film on the side control panel before you use it.
