1. General information
A conversion to the bobbin hook CLB 300 is only possible with
the class 867 190342.
1.1 Scope of delivery
Before proceeding with the conversion task:
Please make sure that you have all components of the kit.
The complete kit for the transformation of the bobbin hook with the
order no.: 0667 156224 consists of the following components:
1x Hook 0667 156224
1x Manual 0791 867772
2. Transformation
Attention! Risk of injury!
Turnthemainswitchoffandremovetheplugbeforestartingthe
conversion.
The transformation may only be performed by qualified
technicians.
2.1 Disassembling the components / Mounting the hook
– Remove the slide.
– Remove the thread-pulling knife.
– Remove the counter-knife.
– Remove the throat plate.
– Feed dog; remove the front screw and push it to the side.
– Loosen loop fastening screws and remove the hook.
– Insert the CLB-hook, tighten the fastening screws (first
screw in the direction of rotation on the flat spot).
