What to do if my Dyna-Glo Pro quits while running?
    • B
      Bethany ScottAug 8, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Heater stops running, it could be due to several reasons. The internal temperature might be too high, causing the limit switch to shut down. Ensure the heater's output isn't restricted by obstructions. Additionally, a damaged control valve or a build-up of dust or debris inside the heater could be the cause. Consider replacing the control valve and cleaning the inside of the heater.

    • K
      Kimberly HartmanAug 18, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Heater won't ignite, it could be due to several reasons related to the ignition system. First, check the ignitor wire for looseness and re-attach or tighten it. Also, verify the spark module and replace it if necessary. Ensure that the spark gap is set correctly according to the specifications. Finally, a bad electrode might be the cause, so consider replacing the spark plug.

How to fix a Dyna-Glo Heater when the fan does not turn on?
    • D
Dr. Allison Martin DVMAug 27, 2025
If the fan on your Dyna-Glo Heater isn't turning on after making an electrical connection, there could be several reasons. First, ensure there is electric power reaching the heater by checking the current to the outlet. Inspect the heater housing for damage and make sure there are no obstructions to the fan. If the fan blades are bent, straighten them to match the others. If none of these steps work, the fan motor may be defective and require replacement.
