If your Dynex LCD TV shows no picture and no sound, first, ensure the power cord is properly plugged in. Then, verify that the video cables are securely connected to the back of your TV. Also, try pressing the power button on the TV or the remote control. Make sure that the Audio Only option is set to Off. Try another channel to rule out station issues. Confirm that the antenna or cable TV is connected correctly and securely. Check the closed caption settings, as some TEXT modes can block the screen. Ensure the correct video input source is selected and that the incoming signal is compatible. Finally, adjust the contrast and brightness settings.
