Please note the following when sending in the product:
1. The shipment must be sent with sufficient postage, insured and in proper
condition for transport. The product must be accompanied by the original
accessories such as USB cable and power supply unit, unless otherwise
specified by the AXDIA Service Centre.
2. The RMA number must be visibly and legibly marked on the outside of the
packaging.
3. A copy of the purchase receipt must be enclosed as proof of warranty.
4. Upon receipt of the returned product, AXDIA will provide a guarantee in
accordance with the guarantee conditions and return the product carriage
paid and insured.
Out of warranty
AXDIA may refuse a service claim outside the warranty. If AXDIA
agrees to a service outside the warranty, all repair and transport costs
will be charged.
AXDIA will not accept shipments that have not been previously
approved by AXDIA through RMA (Return Material Authorization).
