Notice!
Resume value I to O in the following circumstance
1. Input stopped order or stopping.
2.When inputting integral value resume signal with multi-function joint termi
-nal(set any one of constant B01-B07 to be 20).
3.The upper limit of I can be set by constant D07. Increase value of constant
D07 can improve integral control. If control system vibrating can not be stop by
adjust integral time or delay data, just decrease constant D07.
4.PID control can be cancel by signal from multi-function joint input.
5.Set any one of constant B01-B07 to be 21, and switch on this joint during
running, PID is cancelled . The anticipated value signal is used as frequency
order signal.
D12 Pump Control setting limits:0~3 factory default:3
0~2:The number of opening pumps in the constant pressure water
supply control
3:close the pump control
D13 Rotation time setting limits:0-10000min factory default:60min
When the two auxiliary pumps only one work,in order to average the
time of working for every pump,the working time for one pump is D13 and
then change to work another one.
D14 Interlock time setting limits:0~250S factory default:5S
This is the time of the two auxiliary pumps all stopping.
D15 High-speed working setting limits:0~250S factory default:60S
When the water consumption is increasing, the ac motor drive is
working on the max frequency, when it reach the setting time D15,the
corresponding multi-functional contact action
D16 Low-speed working setting limits:0~250S factory default:60S
When the water consumption is reducing, the AC drive is working on
the min frequency, when it reach the setting time D16, the corresponding
multi-functional contact action
D17 Low-speed working setting limits:0~150% factory default:95%
D18 Stopping time setting limits:0~250S factory default:30S
When the water consumption is reducing,all of the auxiliary pumps
have turned off,the main pump are working on the min frequency,when
meet the following conditions:
1:(setting frequency/max frequency)*D17<PID feedback value
2:The time exceed D18
The AC drive stops output, and be in sleep mode
D19 Wake-up level setting limits:0~150% factory default:80%
D20 Wake-up time setting limits:0~250S factory default:20S
The AC drive is in sleep mode. When the water consumption is
increasing, the pressure of the pump will reduce accordingly. When meet
the following conditions:
1:(setting frequency/max frequency)*D19>PID feedback value
2:The time exceed D19
The AC drive begins out putting, the pump starts working.
