10.2 Whom to contact in case of Warranty
In case of Warranty, or while unsure if the unit in question is covered by warranty,
contact the respective sales organization where the unit was purchased. Have
the following information available:
• Purchase order number and purchase order date
• Installation date
OR
• Serial number and part number of the unit (information available on the unit's
label)
