4. Using the plastic tab, carefully pull one battery module out of the
bay and place it on a sturdy, flat surface. Repeat for the second
battery.
Recycle or discard the batteries as instructed by local regulations.

5. Carefully slide one new battery module into the UPS. Repeat for the
second battery.
