Eaton HMH36 - Installation of Main Busbar

1- Install the busbar between the bushing of
the 1st switchgear’s disconnector and the 2nd
switchgear’s disconnector. Place the ball on the
busbar in the 1st row switchgear and tighten the
separator isolator busbar bolt with the torque
wrench from the sphere (with 50Nm force).
Apply the above procedures separately for three
phases respectively.
2- Insert busbars and spheres between separator
insulators of second switchgear and separator
insulators of third switchgear and tighten the
separator insulator busbar bolts through the
sphere with a torque wrench.
