THROTTLE LINKAGE AND IGNITION LEADS
1. Install throttle linkage cable into fan cover clip (A).
2. Close choke and remove air filter cover.
3. Place throttle linkage (B) through adjustment fixture (C) and
install wire end into large carburetor throttle swivel hole (D).
Check throttle for freedom of movement and that wide open
throttle / low idle extremes are adjusted properly. The throttle
linkage must be adjusted by moving the adjustment fixture (C).
Consult with your Echo Dealer for correct adjustment procedure.
4. Connect 2 ignition stop leads (E, F) from throttle cable tubing to
2 ignition leads (E, F) on engine.
CAUTION:
Assure ignition terminals are completely covered by clear plastic
sleeves.
5. Secure ignition leads against engine housing with clip (G).
6. Install air filter and cover.
