2.4 Submenu #4.0 Formula Menu
Formula programming options include programming/modifications of up to 15 Formulae, using up to 4 Solids and one
liquid. Pump delays/product delays can be incorporated into the formula to add flexibility.
A formula can be copied to another formula, or all formulas can be copied from one washer to another washer.
Formula setup can also be performed on an Ecolab tablet or mobile device, and then downloaded to the controller.
Press SK#2 <Edit> to select the desired washer.
To avoid operator exposure to chemical products, the queue system will automatically cancel the final step of a wash
formula if it is in queue (waiting) for longer than 3 minutes. If the final washer step includes a chemical dose, it is
important that the washer step programmed length is greater than 3 minutes.

The screen map below details the steps required to copy a single formula to another formula or to all
formulae. Highlight a washer using the Up/Down arrow keys to begin copying a formula.
Proceed to edit/copy formulae information for the selected washer.
Select a formulae to copy or reset all formulae to factory default settings.
Reset all formulae to factory default settings
Proceed to edit/copy selected formula.
From this screen the operator can Copy, Edit and Reset Formulae. It also allows the user to pull up
a formula summary.
Copy Formula
Copy Formula to Another Formula: Copies highlighted formula to a destination formula selected
by operator.
Copy Formula to ALL Formulae: Copies highlighted formula to ALL formulae for specified washer.
