Assign Product to Washer Signals
There are six washer inputs available, WE Input 1-6 (corresponding to 6 washer chemical signals).

Disable all products assigned to highlighted wash step.
Note: This key is only made available if there is product assigned to the step.
4.2.4
Delay
Delay (Default = 5s; Range = 0-600s): The delay can be adjusted to insert a pause between when
the washer signal is successfully received and validated, and when the system begins dosing of
the assigned product. This is essentially an adjustment of the “pre-flush”.

4.2.2
Enabled/Disabled Products
In the screen shown above, doses are displayed for WE Input #1. One product is set up as
Enabled, (to be dosed) when Signal 1 is received from Washer 1. The remaining products are all
disabled and will not be dosed.
Note1: For each step, or each washer signal, up to 3 solid and 1 liquid products may be Enabled
(to be dosed). Additional hard wiring is not necessary to any of the pumps or signals on the MSI
module.
Note2: Locked products cannot be Enabled in the same step (ex. Bleach and Sour)
Proceed to edit product amount and product delay for the highlighted product.
Remove product from wash step.
Note: This key is only made available if the product is Enabled.
4.2.5
Product Amount and Product Delay
Adjust Product Amount (Range 0-297 g)
Adjust Product Delay (Default = 0s; Range = 0 - 900s): This allows multiple product doses in the
same wash step. If the product delays in a step are all set to zero, all solid products will be dosed
one after other immediately after the signal is successfully received and validated from the
washer. A Product Delay can be set to assign delay timing to each dose in the wash step, and
each product will wait for the delay time before it is individually dosed and flushed.
Proceed to “Adjust Product Amount” or “Adjust Product Delay”
