4.6 Mounting the ball valve with hose nozzle on the outlet bore of the dosing
console

ork on electrical stations or on apparatus may only be done by a qualified
electrician or by trained personnel under the supervision of a qualified
electrician in accordance with the rules and regulations of electrical
engineering.
If work on live parts is necessary, use a second person, who can operate
the emergency stop or master switch with voltage disconnection in the
event of an emergency.
The working area must be blocked off by a red and white safety chain and
a warning sign.
Only use tools which are electrically insulated.
Please observe the connection guidelines of the relevant electricity
supplier.
The voltage details in the circuit diagram must coincide with the rated
voltage.
Please check and ensure that the neutral conductor in the power outlet on
the building side is properly connected.
4.6.1 Connection box with maintenance switch/Ecolab type
1. Install the terminal box in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions.
2. Check the power supply and compare this data with the type plate.
4.7 Optical leakage sensor
1. Connect the power supply to the Maximat tightness sensor
.

4.8 Acceptance of installation
Open the appendix to perform the installation acceptance procedure.
