1.4 Warranty
The warranty is only provided by the manufacturer under the following conditions:
n Assembly
, connection, adjustment, maintenance and repairs may only be carried out
by qualified and authorised specialists with the aid of the operating instructions and all
the provided documents.
n All maintenance work and maintenance intervals for all system components must be
adhered to and documented.
n The system may only be used according to the specifications of this operating manual.
n Any modification of the system on one's own authority or the replacement of individual
system components that has not been agreed with the manufacturer is not permitted!
n Only original equipment spare parts may be used for repairs.
The system has been constructed, tested and certified in line with current
standards/directives. It was in a technically good and safe condition when it
left the factory
. To keep the equipment in this condition and to ensure risk-
free operation, the user must observe all instructions/warnings which are
contained in this operating manual and in all instructions of the relevant
system components and, if applicable, affixed to the components.
The general warranty and service conditions of the manufacturer also
apply.
The warranty is voided in the following situations:
1. All hoses, rubber parts or synthetic materials, natural wear as well as damage due to
negligence or improper handling, including transport damage.
2. If the station has been exposed to frost.
3. Modifications or repairs not performed by unauthorised persons.
4. Changes to the ownership of the machine.
The distributor cannot be held responsible for injuries, damage to stations,
downtimes including product losses,
lost profit, inventory shrinkage or similar that is
attributable to an incomplete or delayed delivery of the product, including production and
material defects, regardless of reason. Please note our General Terms and Conditions of
Sale and Delivery.
Otherwise the general warranty as well as the General Terms and Conditions of
Ecolab Engineering GmbH apply.
