Another use or one going beyond this is deemed not to be as stipulated.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for any resulting damage.
The user will bear the sole risk.
The use of organic peroxides is not permitted without the approval of
the manufacturer. Depending on the requirements, the additional
protective measures required for this are not available with a configured
standard dosing station.
The intended use also includes observing the operating manual and
complying with the maintenance requirements.
Functional principle
n Suction:
The suction process usually begins at from external supply tank and ends at the
metering pump. A complete suction system consists of a suction lance, a suction hose
and a suction connection. The suction lance is located in the supply tank and sucks in
the medium there. The suction hose is located between the suction lance and the
suction connection and directs the medium to the metering station: Either to the
suction-side change-over valves or directly to the pump. During a specific diaphragm
movement, the pump sucks the medium.
Important additional aspects: The suction lance measures the level in the supply tank.
This permits automatic level monitoring to prevent dry running of the metering station.
When the level reaches a defined pre-warning level, the main controller can transmit
an alarm. When the level reaches a defined empty signal level, the main control can
trigger an automatic shutdown of the metering station.
