3. Insert the suction lance with the integrated non-return valve and level sensor into the
product container

n Cut of
f hose cleanly.
n Push union nut and clamping piece over hose (Implement Lube in case
to ease the tense by pressing the hose against clamping piece)
n Push hose onto connection nipple as far as tapered part
n Move clamping piece into direction of tapered part until you feel
resistance
n T
ighten up union nut
n Place O-ring into groove of suction/pressure valve.
n Please select o-ring as per chemical
n Install the suction lance adapter for the dif
ferent packaging sizes
n Push the suction lance through the conical suction pipe adapter
n Install the PVDF protection sleeve at the end of the suction lance
n Adjust the height of suction lance adapter according to the selected
packaging size
4.5 Splash guard
1. Align the holes on the handle with the holes on the splash guard.
2. T
ighten the screws using a power tool.
Before attaching the splash guard, check that all components are
properly connected
Check all line connections and remove any items present on the
console.
3. Place the splash guard on the console inside the drip tray
.
4. Make sure that the splash guard is flush with the trays of the drip tray
.
