3.1.1 Basic equipment
The following components and parts are included in the basic configuration of the
standard Eco metering station and are factory-fitted:
n Basic unit (console with drip tray):
carries the pre-assembled components, used to attach other components and absorbs
any fluid leaks
n Diaphragm metering pump (EcoPro or EcoAdd):
Meters the medium being used
n Multi-function valve:
secures the pressure line against excessive pressure build-up, can be used for
ventilating and emptying the dosing line and serves as a suction aid during initial
commissioning
n Maintenance valve (pressure side):
Opens/blocks the pressure line and can thus prevent the backflow of dosing medium
into the dosing station
n Hose connection:
Used to connect at least one suction hose
n Connection box (Ecolab type, OEM type or main/service switch only):
Used to switch the metering station/pump on and of
f, as well as to connect the
metering station to the external main control, to be provided by the operator.
n Connections/lines between the components:
connect the components and transport the dosing medium
n O-rings/seals:
Prevent leaks
Each dosing station comes with a set of screws for wall mounting.
