6 Startup / Operation
Starting up
Proceed as follows:
1. Switch on the commercial dishwasher
.
2. Configure the machine.
3. Fill the wash tank with clean water
.
4. If necessary
, perform the datum calibration.
5. Set the concentration to approx. 3.5 mS/cm (starting value).
6. Make all other parameter settings.
For this, compare the manuals of the corresponding electronics variant.
7. If necessary
, reset the operating data memory unit.
8. Open shut-of
f valve on water supply pipe.
9. Check that all hoses, connections and components are properly sealed and check
that the capsule switch functions properly
.
10. Insert a cleaning agent capsule and start the rinse program of the commercial
dishwasher
.
11. After 2-3 program runs, check the concentration by means of titration.
If necessary
, correct the required conductivity figure.
NOTICE!
Before titration, the preparation value must have reached about 100 % of
the nominal value.
