1 Intended use/Indications for Use
The device is a small, lightweight, portable
device intended for use in measuring and
displaying functional oxygen saturation of
arterial haemoglobin (%SpO
2
) and pulse
rate (PR). The oximeters are intended for
use by trained healthcare professionals in
hospital environments. It is intended for
spot-checking of adult and pediatric patient.
