Overview
Thank you for choosing the ECS4210-12P switch system. This switch is built with
leading-edge technology to deliver reliable high-performance connectivity for
your data network.
The ECS4210-12P is a Gigabit Ethernet Layer 2 switch with ten 10/100/1000BASE-T
ports, and two Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver slots for fiber
connectivity.
The switch also includes an SNMP-based management agent, which provides both
in-band and out-of-band access for managing the switch. Further, the switch
supports both web and CLI-based configuration.
Power-over-Ethernet Eight of the 10/100/1000 Mbps ports on the ECS4210-12P support both the IEEE
802.3af-2003 and IEEE 802.3at-2009 PoE standards that enable DC power to be
supplied to attached devices using wires in the connecting Ethernet cable.
